Nelson's Story

Nelson is a 4 month old DSH boy who may take a little time to show you just how lovely he is. He came into Animal Samaritans with his brothers, Millhouse and Ralph, after they were found as strays.

Since coming into our care, the boys have been microchipped, neutered and vaccinated and are now looking for their forever homes.

Nelson is nervous when he first meets you and can take around a week to become comfortable in a new environment. He likes to find a safe little hiding place, whether that’s under a drawer, inside a cosy hidey bed or even under the pillows!

But once Nelson feels safe, you’ll see a very different boy. He becomes playful, loving and full of kitten energy. He loves racing around tunnels with his brothers and playing with balls and springy toys.

He’s also partial to a Lick-e-Lix, although he’s a little stubborn at first!

Nelson will need a family who understands that he needs patience and time to settle, but once he feels comfortable, he’ll reward you with his playful and loving personality.

Nelson needs to be rehomed with another cat, and ideally one of his brothers. He can be rehomed with Millhouse or Ralph.
